The 23-year-old is a world champion in the individual and team pursuit on the track but his achievement are equally impressive on the road, including as the first Australian in history to win the under 23 Tour of Flanders in 2015.
Alex divided his track and road commitments in the lead up to the 2016 Rio Olympic Games where he claimed the silver medal for Australia.
In 2017, 'Edmo' enjoyed a full season on the road with ORICA-SCOTT, displaying his great potential with strong performances throughout the Belgium classics and at the Tour of Romandie.
